Toimitus ja maksutavat / International deliveries

TOIMITUSTAVAT JA -MAKSUT / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Kun tilauksesi on pakattu, se lähtee matkaan joko Postin tai Matkahuollon kautta. Lähetämme tilaukset pääsääntöisesti pakettina. Jos haluat pakettisi johonkin tiettyyn noutopisteeseen, mainitsethan asiasta kassalla. Jos haluat että tilauksesi toimitetaan postilaatikkoon tai kotiin, otathan yhteyttä heidi@pulukids.com.

Toimitus Suomeen: 3,50€. Jos tilauksen loppusumma on yli 90 €, toimitus on ilmainen.

    Toimitus muulle EU-alueelle sekä Iso-Britanniaan, Norjaan, Islantiin ja Sveitsiin: 6,90 €. Jos tilauksen loppusumma on on yli 200 €, toimitus on ilmainen. Palautuksesta veloitamme toteutuneet kulut. 

    Toimitus muihin maihin: 18,90 €. Palautuksesta veloitamme toteutuneet kulut.

    Muistathan tarkastaa, että toimitustietosi (nimi, toimitusosoite, postinumero, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite) ovat ajan tasalla. Pulu ei vastaa virheellisten toimitustietojen aiheuttamista mahdollisista kuluista. 

      TOIMITUSAIKA

      Toimitusaika Suomessa on yleensä 1-2 arkipäivää tilauksesta. Ruuhka-aikoina toimitusajat saattavat olla pidemmät. Saat toimitusvahvistuksen sähköpostiisi, kun lähetys on on pakattu ja matkalla Postiin tai Matkahuoltoon. 

      MUUTA

      Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa toimitusehtojamme sekä oikeuden virheelliseen varastosaldoon. Asiakkaan on ennen tilaustaan tutustuttava kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

      MAKSUTAVAT

      Korttimaksut (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard ja Business Eurocard)

      Tilisiirto: maksuaika 2 viikkoa tilauksen tekemisestä. Erillistä laskua ei tule vaan maksutiedot saat ostotapahtuman yhteydessä ja tilausvahvistuksessa. 

      INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

      We deliver orders all over the world.

      The estimated delivery time to the Nordic countries is 4–8 working days, to other EU countries 5–11 working days, and to the rest of the world 8–18 working days. The package will be delivered to your local post office or to your home.

      Shipping costs

      EU, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland:

      6,90 € (free delivery for orders over 200 €)

      Rest of the world:

      18,90 € 

      ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

      You will get an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing the order.

      Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

       TAXES AND DUTIES

      Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which have to be paid before you receive the goods.

      Pulu has no control over this and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

      BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT

      Pulu is responsible for the products during transport, e.g. if the product is lost or damaged. You should always check for any damage when the shipment is collected. If an item is damaged during transportation, please make a claim to your post office immediately. Please also contact us, so that we can agree on a new delivery of the product.

      UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES OR RETURNED GOODS

      Shipping costs for uncollected packages or returned goods will not be paid by Pulu.
